Delicious sea bass fillets are studded with fresh chervil and served with pesto over new potatoes and portobello mushrooms. The sea bass is broiled, but try grilling it during the warm months.Ingredients | Is Sea Bass Healthy1 cup new potatoes1 tablespoon butter2 portobello mushroom caps, sliced1 red onion, sliced1 teaspoon fresh lemon juicesea salt to tastecracked black pepper to taste2 (4 ounce) fillets sea bass2 tablespoons chopped fresh chervil1 teaspoon chili oil½ cup pesto sauceDirectionsPreheat the oven broiler.Place new potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover, and bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes or until tender.Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the mushrooms and onion until tender. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.Slash the sea bass fillets on both sides, and insert the chervil. Rub with chili oil, sea salt, and cracked black pepper. Place fillets on a baking sheet, and broil 5 minutes on each side, or until easily flaked with a fork.
