Recipe Summary Red Wine-Braised Pork Chops

It goes well with roasted small red potatoes and asparagus.Ingredients | Red Wine Grapes Name List1 tablespoon olive oil2 (1-inch thick) bone-in blade pork chops1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, or as needed½ cup chopped onion3 cloves minced garlic½ cup red wine1 (15 ounce) can diced Italian-style tomatoes½ cup chicken broth1 tablespoon capers½ teaspoon Italian seasoning2 thin slices onion2 slices Gruyere cheese2 tablespoons sour cream, or as desiredDirectionsHeat oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.
