Steps to Prepare S'mores Pancakes

Pour a little bit of your pancake mix over your s'mores mix if that side of your pancake starts sticking to your pan!

This recipe was developed because my daughter is lactose intolerant. It is very simple and can be prepared over a campfire or kitchen stove. Enjoy!

Ingredients | S'mores Pancakes

  • 16 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
  • 16 marshmallows
  • long wooden skewers

    • Directions

  • Twist open each cookie.
  • Thread marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Hold skewers over a gas stove flame until marshmallows are toasted. Sandwich marshmallows between cookie halves.
  • Would be great with different kinds of Oreo(R) cookies, like chocolate-filled or mint-flavored. I don't recommend using double-stuffed cookies; the marshmallow adds enough sweetness.
