My own blend of ingredients to make the perfect mayo if you're looking for what you're used to from the store.Ingredients | Tuna Mayo Onigiri Recipe1 cup avocado oil¼ cup sesame oil¼ cup light olive oil3 eggs2 tablespoons lemon juice1 ½ teaspoons mustard powder1 teaspoon brown mustard¾ teaspoon saltDirectionsCombine avocado oil, sesame oil, and olive oil in a glass measuring cup or bowl.Place eggs, lemon juice, mustard powder, brown mustard, and salt in a food processor. Turn on food processor and slowly pour in oil mixture through feeder tube until it is incorporated and mayonnaise is smooth and thick, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir with spatula to incorporate any remaining drops of oil on top.You can also use a blender to make the mayonnaise.This recipe contains raw egg.
